Cromotherapy

Cromotherapy is a traditional medicine method, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), which defines and promotes the use of evidence-based tools, norms and standards in its pursuit of the highest possible level of health by all people.

Chromotherapy is connected to instinct, inspiration, and the process of discovery that motivates man towards research and knowledge. Color is a nuance of life, a dialogue that light creates with matter. Through thousands of games of refraction and "diffraction", the energy that animates life is reflected in color.

Cromotherapy is aimed both at practitioners who wish to broaden their field of action, as well as at those who want to have a method of natural and practical cure for immediate use in everyday life. The training program includes specific exercises and techniques aimed at the needs of each participant of the course.

The course consists of a total of 48 hours, and is structured into four residential weekends.

PROGRAM:

Seminar 1 - COLOR:

Colour, its meaning and its symbolic values, the relationship between light, energy and matter; the influence of color vibrations on the physical body, on the psyche and the vital aura. Practical exercises.

Seminar 2 and 3 – APPLYING COLOR:

Practical use of color in therapy and methods of application. Painting, use of fabrics and light baths, brevitherapy, sound and cromotherapy, visualizations.

Seminar 4 – TECHNIQUES OF ANALYSIS:

Analysis of psychophysical conditions through color, the Luscher test, the Rorschach test, the centralina of Lavagna, oriental diagnosis, cromatic intolerance, cromo-balance.
