There are simple and precious everyday devices that we can regularly apply in our lives, enabling us to not only feel better, but to go and activate the mechanisms of self-healing that our body is able to put in place, if put in conditions to do so.
They are simple, almost mundane elements, for this reason they are often forgotten or neglected. As part of this course all of these aspects will be reviewed, from the way we eat to the way we sleep and especially when we dream, to the maintenance of regular physiology, to those aspects of behavior and character often harbingers of "illness", first inner, and then physical.
In the last part of the day an important individual "activation" will take place, to stimulate one's own healing, a kind, therefore, of self-shamanism easily applicable on ourselves.
