OLAMI DAMANHUR UNIVERSITY offers Un-Hun(r) (Course of 2 levels)

Un-Hun(r) (Sound of the Sun) is a sound vibration that is developed from one's own spiritual realm. Applying this technique brings well-being and rejuvenation to all parts of oneself. Participants learn the basic sounds of Khoomei-khoomei, Kargyraa, Sygyt, which activate the primordial power of the human soul and reactivate the source of vital energy, allowing us to perceive these sounds on a subtle level. Following breathing exercises and practicing the healing sounds, one learns to listen to the body, more effectively manage emotions, and activate inner personal power.

This method was developed by Russian Nikolay Oorzhak, a shaman from the Tuvan tradition, and his student Dr. Vladislav Matrenitsky, through ten years of research and personal experience. The Tuvan tradition originates from the people of Tuva, an ethnic group that was originally Turkish and later spread to Russia and China.

The seminars are conducted by Vladislav Matrenitsky, a Russian and direct student of Oorzhak, with whom he elaborated the training process for Sound of the Sun, organized in several levels of deepening exploration.

1st Level Seminar: Know the Power of the Soul

Through the experience of the Khoomei sounds, one learns the basis of spiritual life and health. Sound, transformed in energy, amplifies mind-space and creates conditions for contact with higher forces.

The workshop is very practical and mainly consists of exercises for the development of voice, energy and body.

The participants will get to know the shamanic conceptions of the human soul and its relationship with nature and the Spirits of the Universe. They shall also learn the basic philosophy of using the power of sound.

The program includes techniques on sound use for:

- opening the 9 energetic centers of the body

- eliminating negative frequencies from the body and establishing regularity for internal organ functions

- expanding space for the power of spirit and peace of the soul

- improving the activity of the first energetic center to increment sexual power in both men and women

- expanding the resonance volume of the nose and vocal chords, harmonizing the voice so that spoken voice and singing are more potent

- improving the work of the muscles and articulations, increasing flexibility of the body and its longevity

- stabilizing a permanent equilibrium of body and spirit, of contact with oneself, to feel young and happy

The seminar not only offer these teachings, but also allows a direct experience of consciousness-expansion through sound. It has a profound effect of healing, based on the opening of sources of inner power.

At the conclusion of the seminar, a collective healing ceremony is held, based on the shamanic pathway.

2nd level Seminar: Sounds of the Soul

Here the students are already able already to turn themselves away from every day's bustle and touch the mystic world of sounds. They begin to understand themselves and their infinite world of desires. The power of sound allows them to get rid of contradictions in heart and be prepared to further discoveries. Overcoming of internal barriers lead person to qualitative changes: One will enjoy feeling of expansion of mind and try to pass to other people his/her experience through the sound. He who has the key to his own voice, who builds the voice with rich overtones, at the same time has the key for the own life. By using this key one can manage one´s own consciousness and help others.

During the practice you develop and attune to the channel which connects your voice and brain. Then your voice will always obey you and your inflexions will sound true. When you get full control of your free inflexions then listeners will feel you! As sound vibrations remove blockages and contraction, your body gradually became freer, so as to allow you to feel these vibrations more intensively.

By immersing into the origin of the sound – the Silence – you became more familiar with the structure and the functioning of your mind, and get more control of your emotions. You will learn to use your voice to express your feelings in such a way that it will reach the destination, which is a core for public speech and singing.

With practice, you develop the volume of your natural resonnators – nasal space and sinuses. This enriches the timbre of your voice, which will come to have more attractive, profound, erotic overtones. Your voice becomes stronger, free and pure, and does not tire from speaking or singing a lot.

Accumulated energy circulates in body and develops the primordial power of the soul, which gradually unites with the Spirist of the Earth and the Spirits of the Universe.
